I offer one-to-one coaching, virtually and in person.
Our sessions can be conducted in English, French or German. In our sessions together, I will be fully present to listen to you as you talk about the challenge you are facing.
By doing so, we can give space for patterns and habits to emerge, and then make them the object of our awareness in the coaching session. Through our work together, you can begin to identify your habits and see your behaviour objectively.
I will use a range of communication skills such as targeted restatements, listening, questioning, and clarifying to help you shift your perspectives and thereby discover different approaches to achieve your goals.
